Nico's Story

The first picture is Nico’s intake picture. He is 19lbs and extremely geriatric, he has severe heart issues that have actually been confirmed with our vet.
The 2nd and 3rd photo shows his freedom ride! Even though he has been neglected, dumped and never taken care of, you see his big smile! 😃 Nico is safe and will be taken care of, this we promise.

Adopt Nico. This 19lb terrier mix is ready to find his furever home. Nico is 8/10 years old and now completely vetted. He was neutered and had his dental. Bloodwork looks fantastic as well. Nico is a fantastic soul and would do best in a senior dog pack. We did give him a Librela shot and he is running like a puppy. Nico has no health issues at this time, however will require a monthly injection of Librella or an anti-inflammatory.

Nico is one of those hidden gems who, despite his gentle soul and endless loyalty, often gets overlooked. Day after day, he watches other dogs find their forever homes while he waits patiently, always the quiet observer, hoping his turn will come. Nico is a 19-pound terrier mix around 8-10 years old, and he deserves a chance to shine.
This wonderful senior has a heart full of love and is completely vetted. He’s recently been neutered, had a dental, and his bloodwork came back perfect. Thanks to a recent Librela shot, he’s feeling spry and even runs like a puppy. Nico is happiest in the company of other senior dogs and would fit right in with a calm, loving pack.
With his adoption fee waived, Nico is just waiting for someone special to see his potential. Transport is available out of state at the adopter’s expense, so don’t let distance stop you from giving this amazing boy a home.

Niko is adopted!! This incredible old soul made it all the way to Idaho! Niko will live his best life and be loved unconditionally. From the streets of Miami to the absolute best home ever!
